We’re in to the final week before the summer fair and the children are very excited! Now we need your help to make it a roaring success! Please can you help by having a sort out this weekend and send any items from our list in to school next week.
We desperately need old toys (in good condition) for the toy stall. Children will buy a carrier bag for £1 and can fit as many toys in it as they can! This was a firm favourite with children last year, so Miss Jesson has been saving bags ready.
Please return raffle tickets by Thursday. Don’t forget, someone is going to win a barrow full of booze and someone will be spending the summer at Carden Park playing golf! There are also lots of other prizes.
Please could all parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles neighbours and friends get baking and send your finished produce in to school Thursday or Friday so they are fresh. (If you are cheating and buying your contribution, you can send it in when you are ready.)
We will need help on Friday to put up gazebos. Please bring along your garden gazebo to give us lots of cover for the glorious sunshine that we have arranged for the evening.
If you don’t have time or energy to make, bake or build, please come along to the summer fair, spend a pound or two and enjoy yourself. We need customers as much as we need donations! Every penny we make at the summer fair goes to provide the children with buses, trips, ipads, printers, instruments, construction kits, dolls, paints and a beautiful outdoor environment. Please help us to make our children’s school years the best they can possibly be.
