If you can spare a £1, please can I ask you to sponsor me for the 2020 Race for Life on 26th September. It is a 5k (3.1 miles) race and that may not seem a lot, but I’m not sporty by any means. In fact, the only sports award I have is for darts, and that was fifteen years ago!
After spending nearly six months locked in the house, I am determined to embrace every day and try some new things. This is my first race so I don’t plan to run the whole way, but I will do my best and hope to raise money so that more people facing cancer have a greater chance of survival.
