Dear Parents,
Our annual parents’ evenings this year will be on Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th February. The meeting has been arranged to discuss current performance and next steps in Literacy and Communication, Mathematical Development and Personal and Social Education. Many parents find it more useful to have a meeting earlier in the year so they are aware of their children’s targets and can help them at home and monitor progress. In July there will be a full written annual report which covers all areas of the curriculum.
There will be an opportunity for you to look at the children’s work and books on Thursday 7th February 2.30-5pm in Sharing Time. Sharing Time is an ideal opportunity for you to share your child’s work with them, ask them what they are enjoying and share successes.
There is a ‘sign up’ sheet on the classroom doors for you to choose a suitable time for parents’ evening. If you cannot make any of these dates, please let your child’s class teacher know as soon as possible. Thanks
