Newsletter: End of Year

Good morning everyone,

Before the academic year ends I wanted to touch base to say thank you and wish our lovely year 6 pupils the very best of luck.

I have really enjoyed joining the Eyton team and am very grateful to the Governors and Mrs Hughes for letting me look after the school until she returns. The staff have been amazing, they have welcomed me, helped me settle in and are working very hard to improve
the school environment. You are very lucky to have dedicated staff who truly care for your children.

I have spent a lot of time getting to know the children and your children are fantastic! They are very proud of their school and have told me what they would like for the future. I have met a few parents but hopefully will get to see more over you over the
next term.

We have been very busy over the last few months sorting and organising our school building and will continue to upgrade the inside and outside areas of the school over the summer holidays. We are hoping all the upgrades will be completed ready for the children
to return in September. Look out for photographs on our website and in the newsletter.

To our year 6 pupils.

As you reach the end of your time at our school, take a moment to be proud of everything you have achieved. You have grown in confidence, developed new skills, made lasting friendships, and created memories that will stay with you for years to come.

Each of you has brought something special to our school community. Whether through your kindness, determination, creativity, humour, or willingness to help others, you have made a difference and left your mark on our school.

As you move on to secondary school, remember that it is okay to feel both excited and nervous. Believe in yourselves, be brave enough to try new things, and never be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Keep aiming high, work hard, be kind, and always stay true to who you are. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and cannot wait to see what you accomplish next.

Good luck, Year 6, remember that you will always be a part of our school family. Dream big, believe in yourself, and make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support, we hope you all have a lovely summer holiday and look forward to welcoming you all back in September.
